Abstract
针对人们对石油行业上市公司高管薪酬过高、与企业经营业绩不相符、薪酬激励效果不显著等质疑,采用多元线性回归分析的方法,实证高管薪酬的影响因素并进行相关性检验,结果表明:石油行业上市公司的高管薪酬与公司规模、企业业绩之间存在显著的正相关关系;与独立董事比例、监事会规模、两职兼任情况不相关;与最大股东持股比例显著正相关;与公司负债程度显著负相关。
