Abstract
目的:观察HERO642镍钛机用根管锉预备磨牙根管的临床效果.方法:将临床诊断为急、慢性牙髓炎的172颗患牙随机分为2组: HERO642组和不锈钢组.HERO642组用Crown-down法,不锈钢组采用逐步后退法.摄片比较两组根管充填质量、术后反应及根扩操作时间.结果:HERO642在根管预备时间和减轻术后疼痛方面均优于不锈钢组.在根管充填效果方面与不锈钢组无显著差异.结论:HERO642镍钛机用器械在根管预备时间和减轻术后疼痛方面有明显的优越性.
