Abstract
Unrelated HSCT with a reduced-intensity conditioning regimen (RIC) is now widely performed as an alternative to HLA-matched related HSCT. However, the optimal regimen has not yet been well established in Japan, where peripheral blood stem cell transplantation is not yet allowed for unrelated pairs. In this retrospective analysis of unrelated RIC BMT, we evaluated the feasibility of a regimen using a lower dose of rabbit ATG (Fresius) and TBI.
