基于弹塑性有限元法对零件镦粗过程进行模拟,揭示镦粗时金属的变形、应力应变场、温度场及镦粗力的分布及变化情况,探讨工艺参数对荷载的影响规律,以及不同压下率、摩擦因数及高径比下坯料金属的流动特征。研究结论对制定与优化镦粗时的参数具有参考价值。
