Analysis of On-site Inspection of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs in Fuzhou Medical Institutions

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the management of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs Ⅰ in medical institutions.METHODS:The on-site inspection of Fuzhou medical institution was carried out in respect of management system,event record,personnel qualification,training record,specific prescription,management tablet,storage condition and safety measure.The analysis of data and information was also carried out.RESULTS:There were some problems in some medical institutions,such as inadequate implementation of regulations,loose management organization,bad safety consciousness,non-standard prescription.CONCLUSIONS:Medical institutions should strengthen the implementation of regulations,establish and improve the management organization,enhance safety measure and personnel training,simplify management procedures,play the advantage of computers management.
