乳腺癌乙肝病毒阳性伴肝功能损害17例化疗及保肝治疗临床观察

Abstract
目的 研究乳腺癌合并有乙肝病毒阳性伴肝功能损害的治疗方法.方法 用拉米夫定及联苯双脂与乳癌化疗联合应用治疗乳腺癌合并有乙肝病毒阳性伴肝功能损害的患者.结果 459例乳腺癌患者中,有17例乙肝病毒阳性伴肝功能损害,该17例患者肝功能在2,3月内均恢复正常,乳腺癌术后巩固化疗均按时间疗程顺利完成.结论 拉米夫定及联苯双脂与乳腺癌化疗联合运用,是保证合并有乙肝病毒阳性伴肝功能损害乳腺癌患者化疗顺利进行的有效方法,值得推广应用.
