纳米NaY分子筛的制备及其晶化过程

Abstract
以偏铝酸钠和工业级水玻璃为原料,在没有加入有机添加剂的条件下,采用水热晶化法,通过3步陈化再晶化成功制备出纳米NaY分子筛。通过XRD、SEM、TEM、FR-IR和BET等检测手段系统表征样品的微观结构;并研究其晶化过程。结果表明,在晶化温度为100℃、晶化时间为8 h、导向剂加入量为20%的条件下,制备出比表面积为909 m2/g、孔体积为0.41 cm3/g、孔径分布在0.7 nm左右、晶粒粒度集中分布在40~60 nm之间的纳米NaY分子筛。
