Abstract
The pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of different dosage of biogas residue application on the growth and the soil microorganism of cucumber. The results indicated that the addition of biogas residue could affect the cucumber growth at different growth developmental stage. The treatment with 5.0% biogas residue had the best promoting effect on the growth of cucumber. The treatment with the dosage of biogas residue under 5.0%,the addition of biogas residue can increase the fresh weight of the root by up to 130.51%,the fresh weight of stem by up to 141.87%,the dry weight of plant by up to 72.88%,the height of plant by up to 26.70%,the number of leaf by up to 39.32%,the diameter of stem by up to 35.11%.Furthermore,the addition of biogas residue could change the number of soil microorganism including increase the number of bacteria and decrease the number of fungi. The results of correlation analysis showed that they were positive correlation between the number of bacteria and biomass of cucumber. However, they were negative correlation between the number of fungi and biomass of cucumber.
