The study of lime burst in light-weight sintered shale brick

Both light-weight sintered shale brick and sintered shale brick belong to same fragile wall materials because of the same main component.As a result,light-weight sintered shale brick will inevitably face the problem of lime burst,which have seriously influence in physical properties.By analyzing the physical and chemical properties of raw materials,principle of lime burst,and comparison of lime burst experiments,it is found that the influence of lime burst on the light-weight sintered shale brick is less than that on sintered shale brick,which show that the existing of porosity inside the brick can effectively relieve the influence of lime burst.
