Abstract
目的:观察三氧化二砷( As2O3)对人胆囊癌GBC-SD细胞的放射增敏作用.方法:0.2 μmmol·L-1 As2O3处理胆囊癌细胞后给予递增剂量(0 、2 、4 、6 、8 、10 Gy)的137Cs γ射线照射,观察GBC细胞的存活率.结果:细胞存活率随放射剂量的增加逐渐下降;同等放射剂量下,As2O3处理的细胞存活率明显低于单纯照射组,Dq值明显下降,放射增敏比为1.5131.结论:As2O3对离体人胆囊癌细胞有放射增敏作用.
