Design of impedance test system of lithium ion battery based on Lab Windows/CVI

An auto test system of lithium ion battery impedance based on virtual instrument was designed,and the DC impedance spectrum and AC impedance spectrum were used in the test system,which could comprehensively reveal the internal resistance of lithium ion battery.The PC controlled the power supply and electronic load by communication protocol of RS232,and made battery fulfill the test condition.In addition,USB DAQ acquired data in real time,and PC gave the result of test.The tool of Lab Windows/CVI was used in the system,which gave many interface functions and made the period of software development shorter.
