Abstract
本研究选择ISA 775 VG佐剂和Marcol-52白油佐剂制备鸡毒支原体灭活疫苗(R株),对其物理性状、安全性和效力进行比较试验。结果表明:两种佐剂制备的疫苗物理性状良好;ISA 775 VG佐剂疫苗粘度比Marcol-52白油佐剂疫苗低;Marcol-52白油佐剂疫苗安全性优于ISA 775 VG佐剂疫苗;气囊损伤保护率ISA 775 VG佐剂疫苗为100%,Marcol-52白油佐剂疫苗组为79.81%。
