Abstract
In this Project, the obtaining of ZnO varistors with the controlled precipitation technique from the (C 2 H 3 O 2 ) 2 , Mn (C 2 H 3 O 2 ) 2 , and Bi (C 2 H 3 O 2 ) 3 organic salts dissolved in nitric acid is presented. The resulting precipitation was subjected to the washing processes and a crystalline phases and functional groups evolution following was made by DTIR, DRX and SEM. The temperature- time for the thermic treatments programs were determined using TGA, DTA. Finally the obtained varistors were characterized electronically. The attained samples were compared to the varistors fabricated by the oxide's mixture technique.
