Abstract
采用微波辅助、HCl做催化剂,合成2-氨甲基苯并咪唑。探讨了物料比、微波输出功率和微波辐射时间对反应产率的影响。结果表明:较佳反应条件为邻苯二胺∶甘氨酸=1∶2,微波输出功率259 W,间歇辐射50 min。该方法具有原料消耗少、操作简单、反应条件温和、易纯化、对环境无污染、产率高的优点。
