Abstract
以3,5-二硝基水杨酸(DNS)法测定纤维素酶活力,研究了不同浓度的表面活性剂(Tween 80)、不同缓冲液、不同pH对R2工程细菌纤维素酶酶活的影响。结果表明,在35℃、Tween 80浓度为1.6%、醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲液pH 4.8的条件下纤维素酶酶活最高,是对照的1.47倍。
