分析了HG - 1025/17.5 - HM35型锅炉热一次风温偏低的主要原因,指出过热系统受热面布置偏多、锅炉容积热负荷偏小和吹灰器投入频率过高是造成热一次风温偏低的主要因素.通过采用提高吹灰器投运周期、提高煤粉细度和改变燃烧器热负荷分配等措施,热一次风温提高20℃左右,从而缓解了由于热一次风温偏低带来的一系列问题.
