目的 制备粒径较均匀的空白脂质体.方法 采用逆向旋转蒸发超声法制备空白脂质体.结果 制备出的纳米脂质体,其形态为圆形,分布均匀,粒径为(159.45±13.25)nm,在冰箱中储存1个月后仍然比较稳定.结论 用逆向旋转蒸发超声法能制备出粒径较均匀的纳米脂质体.
