Abstract
目的 探讨改良Devine术式治疗隐匿性阴茎的疗效.方法 治疗隐匿性阴茎患儿62例,手术通过Devine术的改进型来完成.结果 所有手术均获成功,平均手术时间30 min.随访1～10年,阴茎发育良好,外观满意,无并发症发生.结论 改良Devine术简单易行,术野暴露好,手术效果好,术后并发症发生率低.
