Abstract
以高产玉米品种郑单958和低产玉米品种白马牙为试验材料,对其籽粒发育过程中蔗糖合成酶(SS)、淀粉合成酶(AGPase)的活性及淀粉积累速率进行了比较研究。结果表明,高产和低产玉米品种籽粒的SS活性变化曲线与淀粉积累速率的变化基本一致;籽粒发育前期,低产品种籽粒的AGPase活性和淀粉积累速率均高于高产品种,而籽粒发育后期则相反。
