Abstract
利用消减杂交技术(SSH)构建了海洋红酵母耐盐cDNA文库,一共挑出270个克隆子,选取了25个克隆进行测序,经过Blast分析,初步认为有一个克隆是与耐盐相关的基因,2个属于未知基因,其余为核RNA。
