Abstract
为探讨职业性白斑的发病机理,用对叔丁基酚在豚鼠背部进行了涂皮试验,末次涂皮24 h后,于动物涂皮中心区取皮做病理切片,并从心脏采血做胆碱酯酶及单胺氧化酶测定.动物试验及实验室结果均表明,对叔丁基酚可引起色素脱失斑,该结果为现场病例观察及制定职业性白斑防治措施提供了理论根据.
