New silicon hydrogen infrared vibrational band associated to H$z.sbnd;Si$z.sbnd;Cl configurations in an amorphous silicon matrix : Green's function theory approach
Physica B+C(1983)
摘要
The infrared transmission spectra of hydrogenated and chlorinated amorphous silicon samples show the appearance of a new silicon hydrogen induced band at 740 cm−1. This band is due to HSiCl species where hydrogen and chlorine are bound to the same silicon atom. Green's-function theory is used in order to calculate the localized vibrational mode frequencies of various SiX, SiX2 and SiXX' species.
