纳米胶原基骨在根尖周病骨缺损修复中的应用观察

Abstract
【目的】研究纳米胶原基骨(nHAC)修复根尖周病骨缺损的治疗效果。【方法】选择慢性根尖周病变非手术治疗失败根尖囊肿,根周骨破坏超过1 cm×1 cm的70例患者随机分为2组,nHAC组35例,根尖搔刮术后骨腔中植入nHAC。对照组35例,术后骨腔中不置入材料。【结果】术后3个月时,X线片显示nHAC组骨密度明显增高,与对照组比较疗效差异有显著(P<0.01)。6个月时骨性愈合高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。12个月时骨性愈合优于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】nHAC生物相容性好,可促进早期骨缺损的修复,是一种较为理想的骨替代材料。
