Abstract
目的 观察经皮微波凝固(PMCT)为主综合治疗转移性肝癌的疗效.方法 对35例转移性肝癌,共96个目标病灶,先行肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE),然后在超声引导下行PMCT和经皮瘤内注射无水酒精(PEI),1个月后再进行全身静脉化疗.结果 经综合治疗后,患者受益率(CR+PR+SD)为88.6%,血清肿瘤指标转阴率为75.9%(22/29),中位生存期为24.5个月,1年和2年生存率分别为91.4%、51.4%.结论 以PMCT为主联合TACE、PEI和全身化疗治疗转移性肝癌是一种安全,有效、合理的综合序贯治疗模式.
