Abstract
目的观察老鹳草素(geraniin,Ge)对体外培养破骨细胞(OC)的形成及其骨吸收功能的影响.方法由1日龄SD大鼠四肢长骨分离OC,和象牙骨片共同培养,或直接接种于培养板中,分别采用抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase,TRAP)和甲苯胺蓝染色技术观察不同浓度的Ge对体外培养OC形成及OC性骨吸收功能的影响.结果 Ge呈浓度依赖性减少体外培养的TRAP染色阳性多核细胞即成熟破骨细胞(mature osteoclast,mOC)数目;与空白对照组比较,Ge各浓度组均使OC性骨吸收陷窝个数和面积减少、灰度变浅.结论 Ge减少体外培养OC的形成并抑制体外培养OC的骨吸收功能.
