心脏黏液瘤的外科治疗

Abstract
目的 总结心脏黏液瘤的诊断和外科治疗的经验.方法 2005年2月至2011年2月我们共收住心脏黏液瘤病人35例,男6例,女29例；全组均在全身麻醉、浅或中低温体外循环下行肿瘤切除术,采用胸前正中切口.结果 全组病人经治疗均痊愈出院.随访35例,随访时间3个月～6年,复发1例.结论 心脏黏液瘤术前超声诊断准确率高,一经确诊尽早手术；手术的关键是将瘤体及瘤蒂部周围部分组织完整切除.
