Development of GIS based data processing system for regional geophysical and geochemical exploraiton of sandstone-hosted uranium deposits

According to the exploration and evaluation need of sandstone-hosted uranium deposits,the function design of data processing system for the regional geophysical and geochemical exploration has been completed in the paper.The development technique route of the system software and key technique about mixed programming are introduced,and the geophysical and geochemical data processing software with powerful functions has been also developed which remedies the shortage of GIS software for extracting the metallogenic information for uranium deposits.The development process of system software is introduced in detail through some development examples.Application practices disclose that the interface of developed system software with friendly interface and practical functions,may quickly fulfill the data processing of regional geophysical and geochemical exploration and provide the helpful deep information for predicting metallogenic prospective areas of sandstone-hosted uranium deposits.
