Abstract
凝胶强度大小、产量高低是衡量后期紫菜提取琼脂工艺是否合理的重要指标。通过碱浸时碱浓度、碱浸温度、提胶时加入电介质等因素的对比实验,确定提胶的合理工艺条件。实验表明较佳工艺条件为:碱浸温度60~70℃、碱浓度30%时琼脂的产量、强度均较高。
