Abstract
目的:验证灵芝的抗衰老作用并研究其作用机制.方法:根据卫生部<保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法>,对灵芝进行了老龄小鼠的血清超氧化物歧化酶试验、过氧化脂质试验和果蝇的生存试验.结果:灵芝能明显增强老龄小鼠的血清超氧化物歧化酶的活性,降低老龄小鼠血清中过氧化脂质的含量,延长果蝇的寿命.结论:灵芝具有一定抗衰老作用.
