摘要
To compare the levels of antibodies against oil-adjuvant emulsified inactivated vaccine(A) and synthesized peptides vaccine(D),sixty-five pigs of 51-day-old were randomly divided into control group,AA,DD,AAA and DDD groups that were inoculated with vaccine A or D with two or three times, and booster inoculation was conducted every 4 weeks post inoculation(WPI).Blocking ELISA was applied to detect specific antibody blocking rates at 2,4,6,8,10 and 12 WPI,respectively. The results showed that the antibody blocking rates of inoculated group DD,and DDD peaked at 6WPI,i.e.94.5%(13/13) and 97.1%(13/13),and the antibody levels of DD group remained stable, but the antibody levels of DDD group peaked at 10WPI,and declined to 65.7%(11/13).Although the antibody levels of AA and AAA groups increased and peaked or nearly peaked at 10WPI,i.e.53.0%(8/13) and 45.3%(6/13),taken together, the antibody levels responded to the synthesized peptide vaccine inoculation groups were much higher than that of the oil-adjuvant emulsified inactivated vaccine, and the corresponding lasting period of antibody levels were even longer.
