Abstract
目的:对祖师麻止痛喷雾剂进行安全性评价.方法:对祖师麻止痛喷雾剂进行小鼠急性毒性半数致死量(LD50)实验；豚鼠全身过敏性实验；家兔皮肤刺激性及毒性实验.结果:小鼠皮下注射祖师麻止痛喷雾剂后LD50为(9.78 ～ 10.48)ml/kg;与空白对照组比较,未观察到祖师麻止痛喷雾剂发生过敏性、皮肤刺激性及毒性反应.结论:祖师麻止痛喷雾剂应用于受试动物安全性较好.
