Abstract
目的:探讨肾移植术后真菌性肺炎的CT表现。材料与方法:回顾性分析50例经临床证实的肾移植术后真菌肺炎的胸部CT表现。结果:最常见的CT表现为多发班片状高密度影23例;支气管型肺炎12例;大叶性肺炎型12例;粟粒型3例。结论:肾移植术后真菌性肺炎的CT表现有一定特征性,CT检查对该病的诊断有重要的价值。
