Clinical study of ambroxol's effect on cefoperazone's transport into pulmonary

Objective To comprehend the anmbroxol's effect on the transport of cefoperazone into pulmonary.Method 30 patients with respiratory diseases were randomly assigned into two groups,12 in control and 18 in experimental group.All patients received intravenous drip of cefoperazone 2.0 dissolve in 200ml normol saline at the speed of 5 ml/min,twice a day.While dripping half,30 mg ambroxol dissolve was added in 20ml normol saline intravenous injection with no less than 5 minutes.The control group received the same treatment except using ambroxl.Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)and plasma were collected in 3 days after treatment and cefoperazone concentration was measured.Results Cefoperazone concentration in BALF in the experimental group(4.11±0.32)mg/L was significantly higher than that in the control(3.12±0.53)mg/L(P0.05).There was no significant difference in plasma cefoperazone concentration between the two groups.Conclusion Ambroxol facilitates cefoperazone transport into pulmonary.
