Abstract
目的:探讨腹腔镜治疗肝破裂的手术方法及应用价值.方法:回顾分析2005年7月至2010年为17例肝破裂患者施行腹腔镜手术的临床资料.结果:17例手术均获成功,手术时间40～ 180 min,平均(80±19) min.10例术前放置胃管,术后24h内拔除.术后3～6d拔除引流管.术后住院4～12d,平均9.8d.结论:腹腔镜手术治疗肝破裂切口小,患者康复快,安全可行.
