Empirical Study on the Effect of Different Extracts of Centipede minima(L.) A.Br. et Aschers on the Proliferation of Cell CNE-2

Objective:To observe the effect of different extracts of Centipede minima(L.)A.Br.et Aschers on the proliferation of Cell CNE-2,and explore the possible mechanism of them.Method:Different extracts of the plant were extracted by the technique of solvent-refining;Effect of different dose groups of extracts on cell CNE-2 were tested by MTT;Effects of the extracts of ethyl acetate on apoptosis were inspected by flow cytometry.Results:The extracts of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate of the plant have inhibitory effect on the proliferation of cell CNE-2,and the extract of ethyl acetate's effect appears more remarkable,showing a dose-effect curve.Flow cytometry detection showed that the mechanism possibly related to inducing apoposis of tumor cell.Conclusion:The extract of ethyl acetate of Centipede minima(L.)A.Br.et Aschers is possibly one of effective parts of the plant.
