Efficacy Observation of Surg-take Biocolloid Solution in the Treatment of Diabetic Feet

OBJECTIVE: To observe the therapeutic effect of Surg-take biocolloid solution on diabetic feet and its possible side effect. METHODS: 120 patients with diabetic feet wound infection were enrolled and divided into trial group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases) according to even and odd-number. The wounds in trial group were treated with Surg-take biocolloid solution, while those in control group with routine wound treatment. The effects of Surg-take biocolloid solution in controlling wound infection, facilitating healing and reducing hospitalization days were studied, and adverse drug reactions were observed. RESULTS: The total effective rate was 96.7%, and the average hospitalization day was (21±5.0) days in trial group; the negative conversion rate of wound bacterial culture was 82.3% and drug resistance rate was 7.2%. Those in control group were 76.7% and (33±6.2) days, respectively; the negative conversion rate of wound bacterial culture was 53.7% and drug resistance rate was 38.6%. There was significant difference between 2 groups (P0.05). No obvious adverse drug reaction was found in trial group and control group. CONCLUSION: Surg-take biocolloid solution could effectively control wound infection, facilitate wound healing and reduce hospitalization days without adverse drug reaction. It is worthy of spreading in the clinic.
