Abstract

目的通过(牙合)的诱导与重建的方法对牙列重度磨耗的患者进行修复.方法对牙列重度磨耗的患者先用功能式牙合垫或临时冠桥诱导至正常的(牙合)关系,3～6月后再重建永久性修复;1、2、3年后分别观测其修复的满意度.结果通过(牙合)的诱导与重建的方法对重度磨耗的牙列进行重建修复后3年间患者的满意度没有显著性差异.结论 (牙合)的诱导与重建的方法对牙列重度磨耗的患者进行重建修复能达到较好的满意效果.
