Abstract
An 80 year-old man presented with repeated dyspnea accompanying lower limbs edema 6 years,aggravated 2 weeks.Echocardiography showed that the left atrium was divided into upper and lower chamber with an approximately 18.7 mm echo defect in the center and the atrial septal had a 3.7 cm echo defect.Diagnosis was congenital heart disease,cor triatriatum,left atrial septal defect,pulmonary hypertension.After admission we gave him with diuretic,vasodilator,β blockers.The clinical symptoms improved markedly and the patient discharged.
