煤焦油致哺乳动物细胞转化作用的实验研究

Abstract
采用转化细胞灶法,观察煤焦油致小鼠肺成纤维细胞的形态学转化,并以刀豆球蛋白A凝集实验进一步验证其转化活性.结果 煤焦油剂量为0.1μg/ml、1.5μg/ml、22.5μg/ml的转化率分别为7.80%、9.88%、12.06%,煤焦油处理的NIH/3T3细胞均可与刀豆球蛋白A发生凝集反应.提示煤焦油具有细胞转化活性.
