Abstract
目的:为腮腺导管转移治疗干眼病提供解剖学基础.方法:手术显微镜下解剖10具经双侧颈总动脉灌注红色乳胶的头颈部标本.结果:(1)腮腺导管的长度为(3.5±0.7)cm,腮腺导管自腮腺前缘发出处至结膜囊的最短距离为(4.3±0.3)cm.(2)腮腺导管与面神经颊支的关系十分密切,腮腺导管与面神经不在同一个层面上,面神经位于浅层,腮腺导管位于深层.面神经颊支以双干型、3干型较多,分别占45%和55%.结论:本文结果对腮腺导管转移治疗重症干眼病的手术具有参考价值.
