A certain trend has become true in joint training of the postgraduates by military and local medical universities,and small-medium-sized military hospitals in current situation.To improve the training quality,the management emphsis should be put on the following work: the daily life management,the construction of tutor team and the students' party organization,students' ideological and political education and resource sharing between hospital and universities.
