Abstract

目的:探讨外置式牵引器在陈旧性上颌骨骨折治疗中的应用.方法:应用外置式牵引器治疗8例(年龄16～45岁,中位年龄28岁)陈旧性上颌骨骨折患者,上颌骨Le Fort I型截骨术后安装牵引器,每日牵引1 mm,分2次完成,牵引结束后固定4～5个月拆除牵引器.结果:经牵引成骨后,患者面型及咬合关系得到改善.结论:应用外置式牵引器牵引成骨是治疗陈旧上颌骨骨折的有效方法,且安全、简便,术后稳定性好,值得推广.
