Abstract
从化学成分、物相构成及微观结构方面系统研究了冷态熔盐体系的构成,发现冷态熔盐体系中物相以TiO2、SiO2及氯化物熔盐和钙铁氧化物复合体存在;熔盐体系在冷态条件下发生结块现象,表观形貌凸凹不平,呈现疏松状;通过系统取样分析,研究了重要组分在熔盐氯化炉熔盐体系中的纵向、横向分布情况,结果表明:TiO2SiO2、Al2O3在熔盐体系纵向切面从上到下基本呈现递增趋势,C、FeCl2、FeCl3含量在熔盐体系中从上到下逐渐递减,在横向截面上大多组分没有呈现出明显规律.
