摘要

A nuclear resonant scattering beamline, BL09XU at SPring-8 has been constructed for the development of new experimental methods using nuclear resonant scattering and the study of materials science using nuclear coherent scattering and nuclear inelastic scattering. An in-vacuum linear undulator installed in the storage ring can produce intense X-rays up to 80keV. More than 30 kinds of nuclear levels exist in this energy range.
