Abstract
目的 按照卫生部"社区0～36个月儿童健康管理"适宜技术规范要求,探索符合深圳市社区实情的新型社区儿童保健服务模式.方法 改变运行机制,采取创立新型儿童保健服务模式的8项举措,并比较新旧儿童保健服务模式下儿童保健服务数量和质量的变化.结果 在新型儿童保健服务模式下,预防接种工作量、规划免疫疫苗接种率大幅提高,儿童体检情况、体弱儿专案管理情况明显改善.结论 在新型儿童保健服务模式下,儿童保健工作取得明显成效.
