矿用变频电机无速度传感器直接转矩控制

Abstract
针对传统矿用电机车串电阻调速系统存在电能浪费和直流电机维修量大的缺点,设计了采用无速度传感器直接转矩控制(DTC)技术的变频调速系统。该系统结合扇区细分和占空比控制技术,提出了一种改进矿用变频电机DTC方法,并通过模型参考自适应系统(MRAS)在线辨识转速,MRAS无速度传感器技术的应用,使控制系统硬件设计简单且易于维护。仿真和实验结果表明,设计的矿用变频电机无速度传感器DTC系统改善了传统DTC转矩脉动大的缺点,满足矿用电机车调速性能要求。
