水分处理对不同专用小麦旗叶和籽粒GS活性和产量的影响

Abstract
以中筋小麦豫麦49和弱筋小麦豫麦50为材料,采用盆栽方法研究了40%FC、60%FC和80%FC对旗叶和籽粒中谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)活性和籽粒产量的影响。结果表明:旗叶中GS活性较籽粒中GS活性高,不同水分处理下豫麦49叶片在籽粒形成和灌浆盛期GS活性表现为60%FC>80%FC>40%FC,其他时期表现为80%FC下最高,40%FC最低,其籽粒和豫麦50叶片和籽粒GS活性均以80%FC下最高。两个品种的产量以80%FC最高,40%FC最低,60%FC居中。且旗叶和籽粒GS活性在籽粒灌浆盛期与产量都达到了极显著水平。
