Late Repair of Chest Deformity Secondary to Traumatic Manubriosternal Disruption

We report an extremely rare complication of seizures resulting in manubriosternal joint disruption and severe sternal de formity which was repaired successfully with a complex technique including V-resection of the sternum, combined with pectoralis major flaps and pectus excavatum repair.
