Abstract
We have reported usefulness of endocytoscopy (EC), an ultra-high magnification system, enables us to observe not only the structural atypia but also cellular atypia in the colorectal lesions. An integrated type EC enables ordinary view, low power magnification up to x80, and high power magnification of approximately x400 in vivo. We have also succeeded to observe the blood stream of the superficial layer in the colorectum.
