热降解辅助表面解吸常压化学电离质谱对阿莫西林的分析

Abstract
目的:建立一种阿莫西林热降解辅助表面解吸常压化学电离质谱(TD-SDAPCI-MS)快速检测新方法。方法:利用阿莫西林抗生素的易降解并产生特定降解产物的特性,以潮湿空气作为试剂,通过电晕放电产生大量试剂离子,对阿莫西林抗生素总离子流质谱图与特征降解产物离子流图进行比对。并通过串联质谱对阿莫西林抗生素产生的特征降解产物进行了确认。结果:无需样品预处理,实现一级质谱法对阿莫西林抗生素的高通量筛选。结论:单个样品检测不超过30 s,可实现不稳定抗生素阿莫西林的高通量筛选。
